Revealed: 2015 Aston Martin Lagonda Sedan

2015 Aston Martin Lagonda

If you are an Aston Martin fan at all, you will remember the limited production of the Aston Martin Lagonda sedan that was produced between 1974 and 1990. The car was so limited in fact, that in the 16 years it was produced, the company only manufactured 645 models.

But now the Aston Martin Lagonda is set to get a new lease on life with the unveiling of the 2015 Lagonda Sedan.

The 2015 Lagonda arrived in Oman this week to supposedly undergo some further testing. This was also the first time we got to see a glimpse of the Lagonda, and, by the looks of things, it is one classy car.

To be fair, the Lagonda is not completely new – in design terms that is. It is still unmistakably Aston Martin and some sources claim that it is kind of based on the Aston Martin Rapide Sedan.

As for the engine, well, of course it is a 6.o liter, V12 – we wouldn’t expect anything less now would we?

The company has said that the 2015 Lagonda will be had built by an expert team of craft builders at the highly equipped Aston Martin facility in Gaydon in the United Kingdom. And while the car will be built in England, British people will not likely be able to get their hands on a 2015 Lagonda.

Thus far, the 2015 Lagonda will only go on sale in the Middle East. And, to add to that, it is only available to purchase through invite only. Talk about being exclusive!

The car is set to start shipping next year, and while we will most probably not get out hands on one of these, we can still revel in the pictures.
